This is a public service as I couldn't find anything online before I lost my money. 

I used this company that contacted me from Angi.com They also seem to go by these other names:

They came out on July 24th and prepared for concrete, they poured concrete on the 26th. They came back and sealed the concrete. They didn't finish cleaning concrete off the fence and they didn't clean off the chalk line from the driveway before they sealed it. 

Before they had finished this job I had received a bid for a deck. The owner was eager to get started and asked for $7000 up front. He hasn't been back for over 4 weeks and when I asked for my money back he quit returning my texts and calls. 

I am not sure why he did the original project and not the follow up project, but I have found other people on Facebook whom have had similar experiences with this company.
